Plotting & land Development
Before we purchase the land we test the soil, if the soil has all the required minerals in it then only we will buy the land. Then we prepare land according to survey and then we divide the land into plots and based on it we prepare land for Development. And will create enough bore wells to supply water.

Solar panels are installed in all our ventures due to their ability to generate electricity without releasing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. The sun provides more energy than we ever need, electricity from solar power is very important energy source in the move to clean energy production in our ventures so we are using them for water supply and as well as to promote Renewable energy.
Drip Irrigation
Drip irrigation is a type of micro-irrigation system that has the potential to save water and nutrients by allowing water to drip slowly to the roots of plants, either from above the soil surface or buried below the surface. The goal is to place water directly into the root zone and minimize evaporation. So we have introduced this system and as well water is required less for red sandal plants.
Maintenance
Maintenance activities in agriculture are very diverse. They include maintenance and repair of machines, equipment, and vehicles, maintenance of farmyards and buildings, silos, bins, and tanks, maintenance of electrical installations, as well as maintenance of drainage and irrigation systems and roads. Weekly twice Agriculture officer will examine every venture and gives necessary suggestions to maintain good conditions for growing red sandal plants
Security Management
CC Cameras, Watchmen's, Diamond Fencing with gates
In all of our ventures, there are 24/7 C.C Cameras, watchmen are always watching the ventures and the supervisor is always supervising the venture. No outsiders can enter into the ventures without the approval of higher Officials and there is diamond fencing around the borders of our venture.
Finance Service through Society
With the help of Society, we are providing EMI Schemes for the customers so that they can pay monthly installments to the society.
Assistance in Registration
Our company will take care of Registration. After the customers pay the full amount to the company it will take 15 days for registration to be completed and documents will be ready for customers.
Assistance in Pass Book:
After the Registration of documents customer can apply for a passbook then the details will be updated in 1B then later within 15 to 20 days passbook will be issued.
Updates of ventures
We will provide day-to-day updates of ventures, Venture photos, and meetings in office through the social media.
CUSTOMER RELATION
We will take suggestions and communicate with our customers and give everyday updates through our social networks and youtube channels.
